pak11 Terms & Conditions — The Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "pak11", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to pak11, the online gaming platform accessible at pak11.bio, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on pak11 or is otherwise using the platform's services.
• "Account" means a registered player account on pak11, created through the registration process and associated with a unique Pakistani mobile number or verified email address.
• "Services" means all products and features available on pak11, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, UFC, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, account management, and payment processing.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent cash value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account as part of a pak11 promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by the player from their own financial resources, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked across eligible games before they become withdrawable as Real Money Funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which pak11 accounts are denominated and transactions are conducted.

2.1 By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through pak11, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak11 Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using pak11 and, if registered, request account closure in writing to [email protected].

2.3 These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and pak11 with respect to the Services, superseding all prior discussions, representations, or agreements (oral or written) relating to the subject matter herein.

2.4 pak11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See Section 16 (Amendments) for full details.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use any Service on pak11. This is a hard legal requirement and is non-negotiable. pak11 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based age verification prior to processing any withdrawal from your account.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing pak11. pak11 does not provide legal advice. If online gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not access the Services.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal incapacity that would render this agreement unenforceable against you.

3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pak11 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any wagering activity on the platform.

3.5 Self-Excluded Players. If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on pak11 or on any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to re-register until the applicable exclusion period has fully elapsed and your exclusion has been formally lifted through the pak11 responsible gaming process.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on pak11. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to a single player — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifying characteristic — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak11 username and password. Any activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised or not, while your credentials are used is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pak11 of suspected unauthorised access. pak11 will never ask you to share your password with any staff member, agent, or support representative.

4.4 Account Transfer. Your pak11 account is personal to you. It is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or shared with any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension of the account.

4.5 Username Policy. Usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or profane language. pak11 reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion if the chosen username violates this policy.

5.1 pak11 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all player accounts before processing any withdrawal transaction.

5.2 Required Documents. KYC verification on pak11 requires submission of the following documentation:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
• A selfie or recent photograph of yourself for biometric comparison against the CNIC photograph.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered number matching your account registration number) where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

5.3 Enhanced Verification. For accounts with cumulative withdrawal history exceeding defined thresholds, pak11 may request additional documentation including proof of source of funds (e.g., payslip, bank statement) as required by anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

5.4 Verification Timing. pak11 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 business hours of document submission. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

5.5 pak11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, freeze account balances, or terminate accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily completed or where fraudulent documentation is submitted.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. pak11 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. Minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. pak11 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own applicable charges.

6.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pak11 wallet within 60 seconds of successful mobile wallet confirmation under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours. Raast transfers are credited within 5 to 10 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or instances of network congestion.

6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. A withdrawal may only be requested after successful completion of KYC verification (Section 5). Where a deposit bonus has been accepted, withdrawals are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully satisfied (Section 7). pak11 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance in the event of incomplete KYC or unmet bonus conditions.

6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for deposit wherever operationally possible. Withdrawal to a different method may be permitted subject to satisfactory ownership verification of the alternative payment method.

6.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. pak11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 55 minutes under normal operating conditions. Peak periods and KYC hold requirements may extend this timeframe. pak11 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.6 Currency. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak11 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not process withdrawals in any currency other than PKR.

6.7 Player Funds. Real Money Funds held in your pak11 account are segregated from pak11 operational funds. In the unlikely event of pak11 insolvency, player funds will be treated as a priority obligation under the terms of the gaming license.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available on pak11 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Where any conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering contributions towards Bonus Fund rollover are as follows:

• Slots and fishing games: 100% contribution
• Live casino — baccarat, blackjack, roulette: 20% contribution
• Sports betting: 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.80
• Video poker and table poker: 10% contribution

7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements at minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), or misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes bonus abuse. pak11 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and immediately suspend any account involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.

7.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Funds. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum amount withdrawable derived from a single bonus offer is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus value.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirement must be fully utilised within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

7.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. pak11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith prior to withdrawal of that offer.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pak11's sports betting platform are subject to acceptance by pak11. pak11 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.

8.2 Odds. Odds are displayed on pak11 at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to confirmation of the bet. The odds confirmed at the point of bet acceptance are the odds that shall apply to the bet. Live in-play odds fluctuate continuously and the odds at the moment of click may differ from the odds at the moment of server-side confirmation; pak11 will notify you where the accepted odds differ materially from those displayed.

8.3 Cricket Betting. For PSL, international Test matches, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and other cricket events offered on pak11: (a) Bets on matches abandoned without a result being possible under the applicable competition rules will be voided and stakes returned; (b) For Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) affected matches, the official DLS result as declared by the relevant governing body shall apply; (c) In-play bets placed during the period after a wicket falls and before the next ball is bowled are valid if accepted by pak11's system prior to the resumption of play.

8.4 Palpable Errors. If pak11 offers odds that are clearly erroneous — whether through human data entry error, software fault, or manifestly incorrect pricing — pak11 reserves the right to void any bets placed on such odds. Bets placed with the intent to exploit a palpable error constitute a breach of these Terms.

8.5 Maximum Winnings. pak11 may impose maximum single-event payout limits. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Placing multiple bets to circumvent maximum payout limits constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8.6 Result Determination. The official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, UFC, etc.) shall determine the outcome of all bets. Unofficial sources, media reports, or preliminary result announcements are not binding on pak11 prior to official confirmation.

9.1 Random Number Generation. All software-based casino games and slot games available on pak11 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and approved under pak11's gaming license. The RNG produces genuinely random outcomes on each play; previous results have no influence on future outcomes.

9.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each slot and software casino game on pak11 operates at a stated theoretical Return to Player percentage. RTP information for individual games is accessible within the game's information panel. RTP represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee results over any single session or defined number of plays.

9.3 Live Casino. Live casino games on pak11 are conducted by professional dealers in licensed, monitored studios. Dealing procedures are verified and certified. In the event of a game interruption (disconnection, stream failure, technical fault) during a live game hand or spin, pak11's system will determine the outcome based on the last confirmed game state at the point of interruption where technically possible. 9.4 Software Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or other technical fault that produces an erroneous game result or credit amount, pak11 reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings derived from a software malfunction are not valid and will be voided. This includes but is not limited to: infinite free spins, erroneous multipliers, and jackpot amounts resulting from software faults rather than genuine RNG outcomes.

9.5 Game Availability. pak11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict access to any game or game category at any time, including but not limited to compliance requirements, provider licence changes, or scheduled maintenance. pak11 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned game withdrawals where practicable.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak11 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pak11 or participating in registration through the account of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or financial credentials to fund or withdraw from a pak11 account.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, software errors, or system vulnerabilities in pak11 or its third-party game providers for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or scripted betting sequences to place wagers on pak11 without explicit written permission.
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through pak11's payment systems.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions through methods not sanctioned by the promotion terms, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards pak11 staff, customer support representatives, or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access pak11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

11.1 All content on the pak11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, game imagery, promotional materials, software code, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of pak11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11.2 No content from pak11 may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of pak11. This prohibition extends to screen recording of games, reproduction of odds data for commercial purposes, and any form of web scraping directed at pak11 systems.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in pak11's intellectual property. Your use of the platform constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak11 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss arising from your reliance on information published on pak11; (d) any loss or damage arising from interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of access to the platform; or (e) any loss attributable to third-party payment provider failures or delays.

12.2 pak11's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to pak11 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 pak11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, viruses, or defects. The Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pak11's liability for death or personal injury resulting from pak11's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your pak11 account at any time by contacting pak11 customer support at [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any applicable KYC requirements and confirmation that no outstanding wagering obligations exist.

13.2 pak11-Initiated Termination. pak11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; evidence of underage access; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC; bonus abuse; or behaviour that is abusive or harmful to other players or pak11 staff.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach, pak11 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, Real Money Funds may be held pending investigation and potential reporting to financial crime authorities.

13.4 Responsible Gaming Closure. If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — pak11 will process the closure promptly. During a self-exclusion period, pak11 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent re-registration. See Section 14 for full responsible gaming terms.

14.1 pak11 is fully committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with the responsible gaming requirements embedded in its international gaming license. We believe that gambling should be entertainment — and we take our obligations to prevent gambling harm seriously.

14.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak11 account holders at any time through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pak11 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of each gaming session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from pak11 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

14.3 Reducing Limits. Any request to reduce an existing limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.

14.4 Vulnerability Identification. pak11 trains its customer support team to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and to respond appropriately. Where pak11 identifies a player as potentially vulnerable, it may apply responsible gaming restrictions without player request.

14.5 Underage Protection. If you share a device with individuals under 21 years of age, you are responsible for ensuring that those individuals cannot access your pak11 account. pak11 strongly recommends using the platform's logout function and device-level parental controls where applicable.

15.1 pak11's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the pak11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.

15.2 By registering on pak11, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where applicable consent has been provided).

15.3 pak11 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of pak11's gaming license.

16.1 pak11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their pak11 account at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or gaming license obligation, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately upon publication.

16.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16.3 Your continued use of pak11 following notification of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pak11 and request account closure.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak11's international gaming license jurisdiction. Where conflicts arise between the license jurisdiction's laws and any other applicable law, the license jurisdiction shall govern matters directly relating to gaming operations, platform licensing, and player fund protection.

17.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and pak11, you are encouraged to contact pak11 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pak11 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

17.3 Formal Dispute Process. Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, players may escalate disputes through the formal dispute resolution process available under pak11's gaming license. 17.4 Time Limitation. Any claim or dispute arising from use of pak11 must be submitted to pak11 within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.
